I arrived first, and as soon as we arrived, Phoenix was there to look at Phoebe and Noah. He took blood for testing, and put both children on an IV for fluids and even mentioned a possible feeding tube for Phoebe if she didn't wake up soon.
Noah had told us that she had barely eaten, and that Matthew had kept her sedated for the most part. He said an older woman would come in to give him food, and to try and feed the little girl soup, but he said one day, she just stopped coming. After that, they were lucky to be fed at all.
