Karim's Headache

Just behind the home where Karim resided was a water tank. They constructed a water tank so they could raise fish in it. However, no fish were raised. The water reservoir was bare. Karim wanted to demolish the water tank in order to salvage some bricks. He used an axe. He got to work. Tanvi offered him help. Karim struggled for a while before getting a headache. He stopped working because it was getting worse.
Karim went back to his room and became unconscious. When Tanvi arrived, she sprinkled some water on his face. Ram and Kanba also showed up. "What happened?" they inquired. Karim slowly started to open his eyes.
He drank a lot of water but had trouble falling asleep at night. He was advised to see a doctor by his wife.
Karim and Akash visited a doctor close to their village. He was a general practitioner. Karim suddenly started to tremble and get dizzy. The physician advised him to seek out a neurologist for more testing.
Karim and Akash left the house that day. Tanvi was extremely worried about her husband's health. What's going on in my life? she wondered. What is going on with Karim? God, please protect us.
