Noah bid goodbye to Jackson who gave him an encouraging smile before going to his way . The moon was high in the sky by the time they part their ways and Noah thought that it is time to finally go home. As he walked through the thick snow that decorated the path towards his cabin , his shoes were sinking in the snow. Noah can’t help but think about what Jackson had told him earlier. Fleur had nothing to do with Rosie’s death and yet , Noah was unintentionally treating her as if it was her fault that he can’t marry Rosie, which was basically ridiculous now that Noah thinks about it. He had been a jerk to her and Fleur still managed to be kind to him. It was true that both of them are suffering but Noah had blinded himself from the pain that Fleur was going through and now he regrets it.
