Kyrah’s POVThe moment Blake and I arrive at the prison, I spot Roxy and next to her is Vic, Scott, my mom and a person I assume is Scott’s dad. I run as fast as I can to her, trying to focus on my steps, careful not to fall because of my wedges.
I call out her name a couple of times but all she’s doing is blankly looking at me. From the looks of things, all her energy has been depleted.
“Roxy, I am so sorry I-” I begin but her reaction makes me stop talking.
