Darius left after comforting me that night— well, he actually did not left voluntarily. Ang totoo niyan ay pinaalis ko siya agad matapos kong umiyak. I don't want him to see my vulnerable side that much. Tama na ang nakita niya nang gabing iyon.
Malakas akong bumuntong hininga matapos ibaba ang telepono. Papa called me once again, asking for money. Hindi ako nangako pero hindi rin naman ako tumanggi.
I just don't have enough money right now.
Hinilot ko ang aking sintido nang maisip ko na naman kung saan ako kukuha ng pera. Someone offered me to lend his money to mine but. . . It's just that I'm too shy to accept it. We're not even that close to begin with.
