Later on, after the ladies left, we had dinner before I went back to bed.
I’d been up too much, and it was starting to really hurt.
I ended up falling asleep.
I woke up in the middle of the night to movement on my bed.
My eyes opened.
I saw a lit-up phone, as well as Blaze’s face. He was sitting on my bed, leaning against the headboard.
“What the hell?” I questioned tiredly.
Blaze smirked.
“Brought beer.”
Blaze turned on the side-table light.
“I meant at a reasonable hour,” I scolded him.
“Lighten your ass up. You’re too f*****g young to sound over the f*****g hill.”
I gasped.
“Wow.”
I scoffed as I carefully sat up.
Blaze popped the caps off two beers, handing me one.
“Anyone know you're in here?” I asked.
Blaze shook his head.
“You need a new road name. Shadow.”
