When we arrived at the restaurant, you could smell the smoke from the meat that had been slowly cooking. It smelled amazing.
I took off my helmet as Blaze dismounted. Before I had a chance to do the same, Blaze lifted me off the bike.
I squealed from the sudden action.
Blaze laughed as he placed me on my feet.
“That was unexpected. You freaked me out.”
Blaze smirked as he bent down and gave me a kiss.
“Let’s go, Darlin’.”
I took Blaze by the hand, and we walked inside.
Being away from the club right now, with Blaze next to me and Gage and Tootsie here, made me feel more at ease. It didn’t feel as painful.
