CHAPTER 9
Leon wandered into the abandoned warehouse the gang used as a hangout. He strolled over and poured himself a cup of coffee.
Mario eyed him as he found a seat and drank his coffee.
“Where have you been?” asked Mario.
Leon looked up with feigned puzzlement. “I found a new girl, well, really two girls,” said Leon with a grin. There were some chuckles from the other guys.
Slingshot was the closest to him. “How are the rest of us going to get lucky if you scoop up all the girls?” he asked.
Leon shrugged. “There are plenty more out there. You just have to be nice to them.”
“Have you seen Bull and Slim?” asked Mario.
