I wake up with Emery snuggled in my arms. I feel so at peace in this moment that I cannot believe that this is my life. Just remembering last night makes my heart hammer in my chest. I analyze my feeling and am surprised that I didn’t have any moments of flash backs. I smile maybe I am getting better. I think Emery is healing me slowly. I pull her tighter to me and feel her nose in the crook of my neck. I feel her tongue lick my neck sending a shiver down my spine. “Good morning my flower. How are you feeling?” I feel her hum snuggling into my embrace further. “I feel wonderful. Warm and snug inside my mates embrace.” My stomach lets out a loud growl causing her to laugh.
I smile into her hair. “I guess we should get back before they send a search party out for us.” I feel her
