TOXIC SCENT

episode 2: Bad meets bad

As soon as that man comes from the darkness and stands right infront of Tessa, she gets to smell an enchanting scent, which can drives every girls crazy.

Tessa widens her eyes and starts getting anxious about what did he see and how much it is.

Chiseled jawline with clear shave, fair skin colour, messy black hair, pinkish bow shaped lips make him so charming like a prince. But his clothing appearance doesn't define him as a prince charming. He is wearing a black leather jacket over white t-shirt and a black trouser on the lower portion.

But the most attractive thing is his eyes. It's baby blue coloured pupil and mesmerizing. It seems like he can hypnotize anyone with those eyes and manipulate them to do whatever he wants.

"You're welcome. For saving your life. I'm not so helping person by the way. You're lucky that I'm in a good mood right now." He gives a crooked smile at Tessa.

"sorry? But who are you? Mr. ...?"

"Damon Salvatore. Must have heard the name."

"Never ever."

Tessa is still anxious thinking if he saw what happened here or not.

"Ahh, then I'm guessing you're new in mystic falls. Cause everyone know me here. As the 'big bad vampire'."

"Wait! You're a vampire? Then why you didn't bite me?"

"As I said earlier I'm in a good mood right now. And... you seem like a nice girl, who lost herself in this dark forest, am I right?"

Tessa feels relief. That means he saw nothing.

She shakes her head and laughes nervously, "yeah you're right. Oh! And I think I met your brother today at the grill. Stefan Salvatore, right? Is he a vampire too?"

"Yeah. You're so much right. But take my advice, you really don't wanna know him. He can bore you to death. Like he is always busy to write his journal like a granny about what he did in his past and that guilt will haunt him forever blah blah blah. Come onnnn. We're vampires. We do bad things. It's a basic vampire nature."

"Then I assume he is a good vampire."

"Which is not good for him. That makes him powerless. On the other hand, I'm the impulsive one, the reckless one. I want adventure in my life and also a little danger. Do bad things and don't care for anything. This is the real fun."

He stops for a bit, waits for tessa to say something. But she stands quiet. Then he starts again.

"Do you know vampires can compel anyone to do anything they want just by looking into their eyes? And now.. you're going to forget everything."

Damon looks straight into her eyes.

Tessa knew very well it'll come.

Before Damon tries to compel her, she grabs quickly his head and did the same thing, which she did before with Matt.

Now she put down her hand slowly. Damon keeps stands their without moving his body.

Tessa goes very near to him and looks into his eyes. "It's not a goodbye Damon Salvatore. It's 'I'll see you soon'."

"MONSTER". she turns her and walks away.

Tessa is standing on the porch, right infront of the main door of a old abandoned cottage, which is located in the middle of that jungle.Ivies growns up everywhere of the cottage, wild bushes are growing up around it.

Tessa looks around and sighs, gets all emotional. She finally opens the door and steps inside. Spider webs are everywhere and thick layer of dust covered the floor, furniture and every little things.She is trying to move the webs with hand and slowly steping forward as she is coughing a lot because of the dust.

She puts some candles on a table and spells, "Phasmatous incendia". The candles are lighten up by themselves. She takes a candle and goes to another room, which is a bedroom. She looks around with little water in the corner of her eyes. She walks to the bed and picks a framed photograph from the bedside table. It was totally covered with dust. She cleans it with hands. A man with a lady and a little girl, looks like a family photo.

Tears comes out from tessa's eye and runs down on her face.

" I miss you so much, mom dad." She mutters in a trembling voice as she is crying. "Mom, I became a powerful witch like you. I hope you're proud of me mother".

After some moments of sadness, she wips her tears. "But I promise you mom dad, I'll take my revenge. I'll kill him." She puts down the photo and sits on the bed. Takes out a old thick book with a brown cover from her bag. She opens it and pulls out a old photograph from the book. A photo of the SALVATORE BROTHERS from 1864. she looks at the photo and says, "soo... taking away someone's family is fun for you, huhh? Mr. Damon Salvatore? Killing you will be much more fun damon."

She closes the book and goes outside again. She sees a baby pine tree stoops down besides of the staircase of the porch. She goes quickly to the planet, pick it out with its root and implants it again. Gives some water to it and be seated infront of it. She smiles a little and starts talking to the plant.

"I hope you're feeling OK now, little baby." She sighs and continues talking, "I have no one to talk about my life. So I talk with nature. And they listen to me. I can feel that. Nature is thousand times better than humans, you know?" She giggles.

She stops for a moment, gets serious, then starts again.

"Mystic falls. This is my home. I born here. But also this town gave me nothing but pain and loneliness. This town is full of supernatural creatures. Werewolves, witches but mostly vampires. The vampires are like ruling this town. They can do here whatever they want."

"I was too little then to be aware of this vicious world. My mom was a green witch too and so my grandmother."

"i was so happy with my mom and mom. Our liitle family. Until the day came and changed my life upside down in the worst way. That day, at night I was playing with dolls at my room in this house." She points finger at the room on 1st floor and tell the plant, "that room, was used to be mine, can you see that?"

She continues, "Suddenly I heard a scream. IT WAS MY MOTHER!!! I ran downstairs with my little legs as fast as I could. I came outside to see what happened. And what I saw that night, I'll never ever forget that vision in my life."

"I saw a vampire is continously sucking blood from my mother's neck. Her body was smeared with blood. When my father went to stop him, he just ripped out his heart from his chest. My father fell down on the ground. After drained out all blood from her body, he snaps her neck and finally killed her. Then he got lost in the dark with his super vampire speed. Our green beautiful garden turned into red of my parents' blood. Everything happened in front of my eyes and I couldn't do anything because I was just 10 years old and I hate myself so much for that. Do you know who was that vampire? IT WAS THAT DAMON f*****g SALVATORE. He is a monster. He killed my parents. I cried all the night continuously sitting on this porch."

"At the dawn a old lady came here and saw me. She was a witch. She helped me to bury my parents body here, in this ground. Then she took me with her to her coven. She raised me. But I never found my peace there too. I was the youngest one among them, and the weakest one too. So the other witches always bullied me. I had nothing to do except to here them only because I was so f*****g weak. I tried to tell everything to the leader, who raised me but they always threatened me or acted too nice infront of her that she never believed me."

"I was tolerating everything shutting my mouth but they broke all the boundaries of my tolerance. Few months ago, I planted a little rose plant. But they just uprooted it and threw it like a trash. And after that I made my mind. Stop being so f*****g nice, no one can harm my plants. So I linked them all together with a spell, which took my all power cause I was not enough strong and stabbed one of them with a knife, others died immediately with her. They were 7, after that I absorbed all their power and managed to escape from there. Since I got enough power to kill those vampires, I decided now is the time to take my revenge. So I ended up in mystic falls."

"And the good thing Is no one can found me in a locater spell. Cause I know a spell, which can deactivate the locater spell. I put the spell here, in my locket."

It's a big blue stone with golden wrapped.

"My mom taught me this spell. Nobody knows about it. As long as I have it, they can't find me."

Being oblivious, she says, "Damon Salvatore never changed his perfume for so many years. I'll never forget that scent, that toxic scent, which changed my life totally. If I want I can kill you right now damon, even if you're far away from me. But no. I want you to feel the pain, which I've been feeling for years. I want you to experience the grief, when your beloved one is taken away from you. This my story, this'll end however I want. I'll write the ending. And no one can stop me from killing you damon salvatore."

Her eyes become furious in rage.
