“Open this door, Austin!”
When I got to the second floor, Natalia was banging her fist against the door. She was twisting the knob, but it appeared to be locked from the inside. When I ran towards her, my hands were on my chest. When she resumed her knocking, I grabbed the doorknob myself.
"It's not supposed to be locked," I grumbled.
"But he did it," she exclaimed. Then she turned around. Lydia was already behind us, handing Natalia the keys.
After unlocking the door, Natalia pushed the door widely open and raced towards the bed.
