Unexpected

We went downtown and had dinner outside at one of the restaurants recommended by our Uber driver. He said he had been here all his life and bet that we will not taste something as delicious food anywhere around whole north America and true to his words the food was really really amazing, nothing like that I have ever tasted.

“Hey! Since there are still some days left for the concert and your birthday. What I am thinking is… listen na!” Heyri said from the pool while I was busy reading my book back in hotel. I looked up towards her and she had that the mysterious look over her face and I knew she is thinking something crazy. 

“What I saying was that since there is still time left for the concert we can go for hiking towards upstate.” she continued as I looked at her cyclically, “I mean, there is still time and I think that would be a better way to spend our time until then and I know that you like forests and what’s better than that right!” She told me excitedly waiting for my response.

“Really and I thought you didn’t like much of the outdoor activities.”

“No. I mean I don’t but this week is about the birthday girl right so” she protested.

“what's the catch for you.” I looked up at her with a crooked eyebrow and trying hard not to laugh as love teasing her and both us know that I will not deny going on hiking instead I would love it which I do.

“Nothing but please can we" she whined "I have also contacted the travel agency which is organizing the trip for half the price as they are celebrating their 75 years something.” 

“already,” I said. “Yes, I thought you would agree in an instant since you are into those things. So, what say?” She asked.

“Sure, since you have already done the preparations and all that.” 

“Awesome, I will send Travis text that we are coming.” I raised my eyebrows at her. “Travis?”

“oh, he is told me all about that trip and he going too!”

“I knew you had a catch! Why didn’t you told me?” I said smiling. Heyri’s face went all red and I laughed so hard that well its not everyday you see your best friend blushing. She splashed water to where I was sitting soaking me. I stop laughing and stood up panicking. “This is what you get for teasing me” she was laughing now.

“You.are.dead.meat!” I said. And with that I went to where her dry clothes were and dumped all of them in pool and the look on face was hilarious.

I was laughing hard when she pulled me into the pool. I was beyond shocked and her laughing brought me into my senses. I then splashed water at her and with that our water fight started until someone cleared their throat. I looked there stood a cute tall blonde guy smiling in a rugged  blue jeans and black t-shirt.

“Travis!” Heyri exclaimed. I looked towards and she red again like a tomato. “So you are Travis, Heyri has been talking about.” I said smiling ear to ear.

“All good I suppose. And you must be Sam.” He said smiling.

“Yes and she talked about more stuff, if you know what I mean.” I said trying hard not to laugh. Travis started laughing at my remark and Heyri splashed water at me holding me by shock.“Hey, what are you doing here?” She said blushing hard.

I was grinning like and i***t at her. Well Travis seemed nice guy and I know Heyri liked him from her way of behaving since he came and I was happy for her.

“I just came here to meet a friend of mine he is just in town for some time. So I thought of paying you a visit since you were here too.”

“That’s so nice of you.” She said in an awe.

“well its getting late I will head towards my room. Nice to meet you Travis. Night Heyri.”

 I ran towards my room since I was soaking wet and shivering even though there was heat in hotel.

Entering the room, I got rid all of my damp clothes and took a hot water shower. After wrapping towel I exited the bathroom when I saw someone tall standing in my room with their shirt off. I gulped,his tanned muscles were to die for. Don’t get me wrong I am not a person who fall over for people's physic but that was incredible view. The turned a little and with the little look at his face  I was snapped back into my senses. 

“what are you are doing here!?” I snapped at him. He turned around looking confused. “what are you doing here?” he said.

“that what I am asking mister. This is my room and what are doing here?”

“your room?” He said his eyebrows joined confused.
