She cleared her throat. Watching her squirm for an answer is so freaking cute that I want to kiss her right now, but I have a charade to keep up.
"You were in there for a long time."
"Um... I was in the bathroom..."
"For a very long time."
She was about to come up with some bullshit excuse about doing something feminine, but I know her monthly cycle, and it isn't time yet.
