I got out of a particularly enjoyable meeting. I have never been more proud of a strategic team. After I fired the last team, Damon personally put together a new team. Not one of them was older than 25. I guess they were still eager to please because their first presentation was smooth. Young bloods, I was particularly impressed with the team lead.
Damon had created the perfect team in such a way that they all needed to work together on each and every project. It was perfect. For the first time in a while, I was eager to work with a team. It was an interesting concept.
