A knock on my door followed by Rain stepping in. She frowned as she looked at me. Rain placed her clutch down on my vanity before walking over to me where i sat on my bed wrapped up in a million blankets.
"Hey, what are you doing here?" I asked, sitting up straighter.
She slipped off her heels as she was still in her dress and then climbed into my bed beside me, coming under the fuzzy blankets.
She quirked her eyebrows, "Are you okay?"
I nodded slowly and gave her a confused look. "I am, why? Shouldn't you still be at the dance?"
She shrugged, "Not really my scene either. I heard from Dylan and Justin that you dipped out of there pretty quickly. Kaden was a bit confused and worried."
I shrugged softly, leaning my head down on her shoulder. "I just needed to get out of there, Rain."
