I was walking to my chemistry class when my hand was gently grabbed and I was pulled back, resulting in a small squeal escaping my lips.
"What the hell, Kade?" I muttered, pushing myself off him. I was surprised to see him but also not surprised because I was starting to get used to this friendship.
Kaden gave me a sorry look, "Sorry, I had to talk to you."
"I'm late for class," I mumbled as I started to turn to leave when he stopped me again. He held onto my wrist gently so I wouldn't walk away.
"Can we talk?"
