“Be careful,” Dayang Viviene said as she hugged Gat Lamang. They were already outside the castle. Behind Gat Lamang was two of the most trusted knights of Gat Maharlika. Dayang Viviene asked them to accompany Gat Lamang for his journey on finding the cure for the King. Out of all the knights, they could help him and she would not be worry that the knights would betray him.
“I will, your Majesty,” Gat Lamang assured her mother.
The highest elder stepped forward to give Gat Lamang a paper. “It is the list of the plant's characteristic. Do not lost this. This is very helpful,” the elder said.
Gat Lamang nodded and smiled to the elder. He was grateful that elder was with them and was ready to help them in times of need. Without the elder, he would not know what to do. He owed him big time.
