Darkness and Light(3/3)

This woman is the current executive president of Green Dot, Hilary Hovis.

“Boss.” Chen Yang walked over and handed Hilary the coffee in her hand, and took out the documents in her hand while following Hilary, while quickly saying, "This is the financial statement of last month sent by the finance department, it needs your signature, there is also Mr. Naci's assistant who just called, hoping to ask you to meet in the company at two o'clock in the afternoon, on the issue of the medicines that were sold to Europe, Laufer has already sent the report back, please go through, ten o'clock or so to convene a meeting of the directors ...... this quarter is coming to an end, about the last quarter ......"

Hilary from the doorway to the desk by the floor-to-ceiling window, Chen Yang quickly reported to Hilary about the work, Hilary Always a word, the last name of the red lips slightly pursed, end of the coffee twisted waist limbs to see also do not look at Chen Yang.

To the president's position to sit down, Hilary pointed to the table, reported that Chen Yang will be in the hands of a thick stack of information are placed on the table, and then the rules to stand aside.

Sipping his coffee, Hilary pondered for a while and said, “Cancel the board of directors, let Nasi come to see me at 10:00 a.m., notify all the middle management, and convene a meeting at 2:00 p.m. in the large conference room, that's all for now ......”

"Okay, boss !" Chen Yang finished walking towards his own desk in the corner of the room.

Hillary raised her head and unintentionally glanced at Chen Yang and immediately called out, “Wait!”

"What else? Boss." Chen Yang stopped and turned back to ask.

“The tie is too ugly, change it next time.” Hillary skimmed her lips and picked up the steaming coffee once again.

Chen Yang looked down at his tie, brown in color, not bad, but not in line with Hillary's aesthetic.

“Okay, boss!” Chen Yang looked up and said without hesitation, turned around and walked back to his position, starting a busy day, answering phone calls, handling documents that didn't require the president to go through, helping the president to arrange his schedule, and reminding the president not to forget certain things, all of these were his job.

Chen Yang valued this job, it could bring him more than 60,000 dollars a month, there were many people in the company who were wanting this position, Chen Yang had to work diligently to meet all the needs of his boss, at noon that day, he left the company at lunch time for a new tie.

"Hi! Dr. Milne, the money was wired this morning, hmmm ...... I know, there will be another one wired in a few days when I get my paycheck, hmmm ...... Dr. Milne, how is she? ...... Oh, that's good, tell her I'll visit her on the weekend, hmmm ...... that's it!" Chen Yang put down the phone and let out a long sigh of relief.

At six in the afternoon, Chen Yang, who had been a little busy, took the subway back to his residence in Brooklyn, the reason why he chose this place was because the rent was cheap.

Entering the old apartment, Chen Yang customarily pressed the phone message, nothing.
