Chapter 21  Daphne The door to my apartment burst open with a loud bang, startling me. I was in the kitchen making coffee when I saw Sofía storm in, pushing the door so hard it seemed like she had slammed it. Her face was flushed, a mix of anger and frustration in her eyes as she tossed her bag onto the floor, letting it fall heavily. "What happened, Sofía?" I asked, walking over with concern as I watched her cross the living room, her footsteps echoing loudly on the floor. She collapsed onto the couch, covering her face with her hands.
