Aobodaya remembered the unfaithful day while he was still inside the tent, the day when he returned his country only to know that his native village including his own family had been wiped out by some sort of mountain bandits. He still remembered the day when he thought of leaving the life of piracy and Captain Frost who was his master till that day, his curse and his eerie experience when he heard a prophecy for the first and the last time in his life by an oracle face to face.
It was believed that only one in millions is blessed by the goddess Hera, the goddess of crossroads and oracle. It was also believed that only one of her child will get the blessing of forcasting a prophecy when one needs it.
Pirates are known for putting their life on the line and a pirate who leaves sea is believed to be dead but in his case he was alive while all those he knew on land were gone. He was a stranger to the land now. The only ones, who knew him were in the sea, the last place he wanted to return.
He still remembered the day when he returned his country's shores only to find that the sea which was always full of traders, small boats and even large vessels was now deserted. The only boat that pricked in his eyes was his own. He walked towards the roads of his village in a hope to see his only child after nine murdering years only to see that none of the living things had the hope to be seen by him. When he reached near his village he saw the familiar chain of big trees that encircled his village and at a diversion there was a board at the entrance that said, "welcome to breachwood".
"BREACHWOOD! My hometown, none can imagine how I have longed to read this board."
Aobodaya walked forward to enter the village only then he felt a silky soft barrier that was not letting him inside the.
"The sacred barrier!", he thought.
"But it won't activate unless there is a fatal threat to the village"
He shouted,"I have the sovereign blood, let me in!"
He stepped forward but there was still the barrier.
"I HAVE THE SOVEREIGN BLOOD, LET ME IN!", he shouted again and forced himself on the barrier until it made a popping sound. Aobodaya felt a bit dizzy, when he regained his senses he was already inside the village but what he saw back then still sends shivers to his spines.
Burnt house, fallen trees, smell of death surrounded him. Piles of bones, sang the song mutilated, tampered, killed by a beast. Lips shaking, eyes full of tears, water rolled down his cheeks. No strength, fallen on knees, words can't express what he feeled.
That was true, as he could not feel his own body as if he was on the verge of collapsing. All the remains of humans and animals were like as if being chewed by some sort of vicious animal but he couldn't tell why so much destruction and the bite on the broken bones were like mountain lions.
"Mountain bandits!", a thought struck him suddenly and his eyes raged radiating anger and he moved north with heavy steps towards the only mountain in the village where those mountain bandits dwelt.
