The Alpha's Moonlight

CHAPTER 1

Serenity POV

My alarm goes off waking me from a recurring dream about this black wolf with the most captivating green eyes. The only thing I know is that the woods where he is located is nowhere nearby.

While thinking about the dream, I jump in the last shower I will have for a while in the room where I grew up surrounded by the rainforest and beautiful blue ocean. While listening to music I lose track of time and the water turns cold.

“Serenity Iyla Shaw hurry up it is time to go, the Hidden Moon Pack is waiting. Kaiden and Hunter have already arrived at the new pack” mom yells from the hall as I jump out of the shower.

I quickly throw on one of my favorite lacy bras and matching panties. Looking around I find my high waisted black shorts and my white and blue striped linen crop top and throw them on with my favorite pumps. I quickly put on some natural makeup that highlights my violet eyes and pull my platinum blond hair into a messy bun. I grab the last of my luggage and run downstairs to the car waiting to take Logan, Violet, Quinn, Avery and I to the airport. Most of my stuff has been shipped ahead, but since I will be coming back to visit often mom told me to leave some clothes and furniture here in Hawaii. I just hope my precious car has made it there in one piece without a scratch or dent. If anything happens to her someone might lose a limb. I look back at the only home I have ever known as the car pulls away.

I don’t want to move to another pack, but my parents thought that it would be a good idea to go with my brother to his new pack so I can restart the search for my mate. They also said it would be a good opportunity to help teach the pack and make the warriors stronger. I jump into the car and we head to the airport my older brother and his best friend and now Beta have already arrived at the new pack house in New Hampshire to relieve the alpha that was watching over the pack until we arrive.

My brothers are twins Einar is the Current Alpha of the Mystic Moon Pack and was born just five minutes before Kaiden. The only way to tell them apart is that Einar has a piercing in his eyebrow because they both have wavy black hair and violet eyes. Einar hasn’t found his mate yet, but Kaiden found Violet a year ago on her 16th birthday. It’s not like I haven’t tried to find my mate it is only that he is not on the islands. It did help that Logan and Kaiden’s mates are my best friends so I at least I will have two friends at the new pack and school, but I will be leaving four brothers behind including the two closest people to me, Wyatt and Griffith, together we are triplets. The hardest part about leaving is not being able to cause mischief with them.

Give it a chance I have a good feeling about the new place.

“But I don’t want to move across an ocean I like living here in Hawaii.”

I’ll miss it here too. I loved running in the rainforest and surfing, but I think he might be there, and we could try skiing next winter and we are coming back in the summer to visit mom and dad, and the boys will be here to visit in a few months.

"You're right I should give the place a chance and make some new friends and teaching will be a good experience and make us stronger." By the way that’s Stella my wolf she is my voice of reason but sometimes she can be a bit impulsive.

I take a seat on the plane and pull out my phone and text Kaiden telling him that we are about to take off and we will see him in 10 hours. After he responds and calls Violet, and I turn off my phone and start watching Barbie movies with the girls while Logan watches Fast and Furious 2 by himself.

After about 3 movies I fall back asleep and I'm in the woods again and I start running. After a while I reach a lake and on the other opposite shore I can see a lone wolf. I walk along the rocky shore towards the wolf and the closer I got to him the more he came into focus, it's the same wolf with midnight black fur and bright green eyes. I sit in front of him and memorize face like I have done all the nights before.
