Holy mother of burritos!
I.AM.LATE.
It's my second day only.
At this rate it won't be long till I get fired.
I wore whatever I could find in my wardrobe .
A girl needs to a fashion disaster at least once in her lifetime. (><)
By God's grace I reached at time and my sorry ass didn't get fired.
Why is the elevator taking so long to reach here? Why does everything want me to lose this job?!!!!
Dinggggg...Ahh finally it showed his presence.
I tip toed my way to my office so that I wont attract unwanted ATTENTION.
Phewww..Finally!!
The moment I sat down the buzzer came in, it was my boss!
"Ms.Brown I would like to have my coffee right now and I hope from tomorrow onwards we don't have to see your tardiness"
S.H.I.T!!
And here I am infront of my boss's door contemplating on how to enter in this lion's den.
"Ms.Brown when are you planning to come inside?" his voice came from inside.
"I'm extremely sorry sir for my tardiness today and I promise it won't happen again, please don't fire me" I almost cried while begging him.
"Well Ms.Brown we'll see and hope you'll keep your promise"
"Thank you sir"
I survived this morning and finally it's lunch time.Yay.
"Hey Kristi,let's have lunch together if you don't mind" Marcus came upto me and asked.
*As always he looked so handsome*
*STOP IT KRISTI!* the inner me scolded.
"Oh hey Marcus, yeah sure,let's go"
"So how was your day? I didn't see you in the morning"
"Well i survived"
*No need to tell him about my tardiness*
"Hey Marcus, mind if I join" a cute brunette of around my age came up and asked.
"Yeah sure Miranda, Kristi this is Miranda,we both work in the same department"
"Hi Miranda, I'm Kristi"
"Yeah I heard about you.You're that new PA of our boss right? Damn you got lucky, you get to spend time with him" she said with dreamy eyes.
*Well she doesn't know how many mini heart attacks I have got in these 2 days* i thought.
"Well, it's nice, I get to learn a lot from him"
"Let's not talk more about our boss anymore" Marcus said, he seemed a bit annoyed or maybe it's just me who misunderstood.
"Yeah, right! I'm so tired of all the girls fanning over him" I said.
We parted our ways after lunch.
"Ms.Brown we have a meeting at 3, prepare the meeting room asap"
After 2 hours of boring discussion we are finally done.I hated that person from X company who kept trying to change the conversation to his favor, I felt like smacking him on the head.
But my boss handled him so well. I have so much to learn from him *dreamy eyes*
"To celebrate the victory our boss invited us to restaurant and the bill is on him!" someone screamed.
So here we are at the restaurant waiting for him.
"Boss told us to order, coz he might be a bit late as he has some work to complete, lets go!"
We went all out and ordered whatever we felt like eating.
"Boss! You are here!"
"Hope everyone is enjoying themselves" Our boss asked us.
"YES SIR! and thank you for treating us" we all said.
He came and sat beside me.WHY?!
He could have sat somewhere else why does it have to be me?!
*Stop overthinking Kristi*
"Hope you first meeting was not boring Ms.Brown"
"Not all all sir, I learned so much from it and the way you handled him was amazing! I have so much to learn from you." I said trying hard to control myself from blabbering.
And he smiled.
Holy s**t! That damn smile, its enough to make a girl wet!
*CONTROL KRISTI, HE IS YOUR BOSS!*
And did he just blush or was i dreaming?
After dinner we all planned to go to Karaoke.
It was nice to see everyone having a great time as all of them seemed so serious at work.
After an hour or so we all were drunk as fu*k!
"Guys I think we should call it a night" Our boss said with concern in his eyes.
*He cares about us?!*
"YES BOSS" we all said in unison.
"F**K MY HEAD!"
*Huh how did I reach home yesterday?"
I can't remember a thing after we went to Karaoke.
I somehow managed to get some medicine for my head and here I am on my way to my office.
I almost spilled the coffee which I was holding when I opened my door.
"Sir, did something happen? Why are you in my cabin? You should've called me."
"Ms.Brown Good morning to you too, I want you to take responsibility for yesterday"
As I carefully observed him he looked disheveled. His hair was messy as if he just got up from bed after hot sex..man he looked hot as f**k!
"Responsibility? For what sir?"
"For my lips Ms.Brown" he said coming too close to me.
