Layla's P.O.V.

After dinner, we all sat outside enjoying the evening by the fireplace with some drinks.. The next couple of days are gonna be all in on the finals, so we are probably not going to see each other before the finals are done, so it's nice we get to spend some time like this before we are all tied up in the finals..

As I looked around at my friends, chatting and laughing, I felt so happy..

It's amazing to see how close they have gotten, from just before the Fair and until now.. Mille had told me how they had spent a lot of nights staying up, helping the police with lists of places where Alex might have taken me to.. I'm so lucky to have such amazing friends and have gotten to know Max and Ethan as friends too..

I felt myself getting teary eyed, thinking about them, worrying about finding me and having thought the worst, but still doing everything in their power to get me back home..

"Hey are you okay.?" Jackie asked as she noticed a tear slipped down my cheek..

"Sorry.. Yeah I'm fine.." I said and gave them a smile, but they didn't really buy it.. "I am.. I was just thinking about how lucky I am to have you guys, and what hell it must have been for you all, when I was gone.."

"And I appreciate everything you guys did to help find me, and I never really got to thank you all for your hard work.." I said as a few tears slipped down my cheek.. "Thank you so much..!"

Mille got up, pulled Max and Jackie with her and piled on top of Ethan and me, giving me a group hug.. We all laughed and the three of them ended up falling onto the ground because the couch was too small for 5 people..

"You would have done the same for any of us, I'm sure.." Max said as he pulled Mille and Jackie up from the ground, hanging from each of his arms..

"Of course I would.." I said with a smile as they returned to their seats.

"I have thought about something. How about we throw a party at our place when we finish finals, to celebrate it being over.?" Max asked..

"Sure.." Ethan nodded with a shrug..

"Girls.?" Max questioned..

Mille and Jackie looked to me for an answer... "Why not, I'm sure we are all gonna need it when it's over.." I laughed, Mille and Jackie squealed with excitement and the boys leaned in over the table giving each other a highfive..

Around midnight, the guys decided to go home to get some much needed rest..

Mille, Jackie and me headed straight to bed after tidying up and checking that Yasmin was sleeping.. Jackie slept in Mille's bed and I was in my usual room when I stayed at her house..

Today had been a lot, and I was beyond tired...

But when I got comfortable in bed, my mind wanted to remind me of earlier when Ethan bumped into me in a towel..

Picturing it in my head, my mind wondered what could have happened..
