Finley's POV
I leave the door open for him as I turn around and walking into my place, trying to not let the nerves get the best of me.. I rub my arms nervously trying to make myself calm down but it's not working.
It's been a long minute and I don't hear him yet so I turn around and he is right behind me, startling me instantly as I jump not realizing he would be right behind me. I look around him seeing the door is shut behind him and everything.. I must have really been letting my mind wander if I didn't notice him at all.
"I'm so sorry I didn't mean to scare you I just didn't know what to say right away.. So I'm trying to at least figure out how to say, what I want to say." He says trying to explain as I just wave him off letting him know it
