I slowly peeled my eyes open when I felt the sunlight hit my face. I was lying sideways to my right facing the direction of the sunlight that passed the white wooden shutters. Napakurap pa ako ng ilang beses, adjusting to the brightness then I immediately notice the room because it is so bright with the white interior.
When I look beside me, I almost jump from the bed when I saw a man, but I just covered my mouth with both my hands to not wake him.
I felt something cold on my left hand that came in contact with my lower lip so I raise my hand a bit to see what it is.
Two rose gold bands adorned my ring finger. One with a rose quartz stone with diamonds and another simple glittery ring. Both beautiful….. Perfect on my finger.
