  Diara POV   The bed was empty when I woke up, but a familiar scent of leather and pine lingered in the air. A scent belonging to Kennis. Had he been here last night? I sat up and stretched my limbs when my eyes fell on his figure. He was sitting in a chair, facing me.   "Were you watching me sleep?!" I asked, horrified. He looked angry, as usual.   "Who touched you yesterday?" His voice was cold and dangerous, sending a chill down my spine.   "I only danced with Thias," I answered quietly, sensing the danger in his tone. He stood up, and I scrambled out of bed, my legs instinctively taking me away from him.   "No, there was someone else, someone whose scent left a distinctive mark. I think I know it, but I'm not sure," he said. Faces of people I had spoken to flashed through my mind
