Diara POV
Alpha Kennis then grabbed Matt by the neck and lifted him for everyone to see. Matt was defeated and was barely clinging to life, struggling to keep his eyes open. Kennis began to squeeze slowly, the light fading from Matt's life.
'Concede,' I whispered, and he raised his hand in the air. Alpha Kennis threw Matt to the ground instantly. His father, my parents, and Daphne rushed to help him.
Alpha Kennis slowly turned his head, his eyes finding mine in the shadows where I hid. A rogue tear streamed down my face, and he smirked cruelly.
'Don't tempt my fury again. We leave in an hour,' he said through the new bond we shared.
He walked out of the circle, with Louis following him, a satisfied expression on the beta's face. I tried to stand, but my legs were numb.
