I was in my office reviewing yesterday's paperwork; I hadn't gotten a chance to get in here. I took Piper to the hospital to see Doc. It ended up being good for her. He put a different cast on her arm. You could see the relief on her face from not having that big, heavy one.
Her ribs were healing well, and her cheek was better. He gave her more drops for her eye. The bruises were in that ugly yellow stage, but he was pleased with how they were fading. I did take her out for a while after he left, after checking her at the clubhouse. We only went to the backyard. We have a pool back there, a BBQ pit, and some tables. She was surprised we had one. She seemed to enjoy it, but tired quickly and fell asleep in the lounger.
