Nora
All I could hear was Mason howling with laughter. Jameson was frozen with his eyes locked only on me. I tasted vomit in my mouth as my whole body turned to ice.
"Jameson, you are f****d!" Mason burst out.
I had no words. I was rooted to the spot.
Jameson stepped forward towards me. I tried to step backwards but couldn't will my feet to move.
"Could you give us a minute?" Jameson said to Mason without taking his eyes off of me.
"Sure." Mason chuckled before leaving my room and closing the door behind him. I wanted to yell for him not to go, but my mouth wouldn't make words.
"Well, well, well..." Jameson raised his eyebrows with a glint of trouble in his eyes. "Fancy you being my mate!" He winked.
He stopped walking when he was only a few centimetres away from me. I could feel his warm breath on my skin. If I could, I would have recoiled my body away from him. This was not what I had planned for the day. Not in any way, shape or form.
Something is not right. Emerald whined.
Surely this is not what the Goddess had in store for me. I sighed, I felt the tears stinging my eyes.
Jameson reached up and stroked my cheek with his fingers. I had always thought that the touch of my mate would be electrifying and like fireworks. This felt like I was going to be sick. I was repulsed.
"I guess that means you belong to me now..." Jameson grinned again. I was able to move my feet back slightly but Jameson grabbed me by the wrist and twisted it back to him.
"Why would you want to run away from your mate?" Jameson asked, feigning hurt.
"You aren't my mate." I muttered through clenched teeth.
"Oh, I think you are wrong. My wolf is pretty clear." Jameson argued, pulling my body up against his own.
"Stop." I pleaded, knowing full well that he would not listen regardless.
"I think, as a mate, I can do whatever I want." Jameson pushed, grabbing my breasts with his hands roughly and pushing me up against the wall. The lamp on my bedside table shattered onto the floor as my body knocked the table, causing everything to tumble off. I tried to push him off of me but he was too strong. I felt his mouth up against the skin of my throat, leaving a trail of saliva where he travelled. I wriggled and fought to get some control on the moment.
"It would be so easy for me to mark you right now..." Jameson whispered into my ear. I felt this breath on my ear and bit down on my lip, hard. I tasted blood in my mouth. The metallic taste momentarily taking my mind off of the now sickening scent of apples surrounding me. His hands travelled down my body to my stomach and underneath my clothing. I felt my skin crawl from his touch. I tossed my head to the side and caught the side of his face with my own. My eyes blurred at the contact our heads made, but I knew that this would have hurt him as well. I needed even just a minute of him pausing to make my escape.
"b***h!" Jameson spat at me, pushing his hands down my pants forcefully. I screamed out and began thrashing my body around forcefully. All this did was make him laugh.
Suddenly, he froze and stepped back. I crumpled to the floor like a defeated being. His chilling laughter sent ripples of fear through my body.
"As if I would have wanted this trash. I cannot be stuck with the second born as my mate." Jameson spat the words at me in disgust.
"I...I...I..." I blubbered, completely confused. It was a utter flip. Seconds ago, he was forcefully pushing himself on me, now he was repulsed by me.
He stepped forward, looking down at me as I sat on the floor weak and vulnerable. I did not know what he was planning and wasn't sure if I even wanted to know.
He crouched down to look me in the eyes. His eyes were black, cold.
"Do you remember that time when you were eating your lunch and someone started the chant 'Nasty Nora'?" Jameson asked quietly. I nodded my eyes meekly, unsure where he was going with this. That was one of the first times I was bullied at school. It was a memory that was burned into my brain. Emerald was silent. She was equally confused. We knew that even phasing into wolf form was pointless. Jameson's wolf would overpower her in either form.
"I was quite proud of that..." Jameson smiled to himself, looking pretty chuffed. I scrunched my eyebrows.
"Then that time that you tripped down the stairs as the whole school assembly." Jameson laughed, using his fingers to emphasis the word tripped. I had always known that it wasn't an accident. I felt my body going cold. All this time, I had assumed it was all of Mason's friends bullying me. Turns out that all this time it was Jameson. My mate.
"Why are you telling me this?" I asked, closing my eyes.
"I just wanted to make sure you knew before I pulled off my best one yet..." Jameson smirked. I opened my eyes slowly to look at him as he stood up straight in front of me, looking down at me as if I was an injured and pathetic small animal.
"I formally and absolutely reject you as my mate." Jameson said confidently and clearly. I felt as if the wind had been knocked from me. I gasped, trying to take a deep breath and refill my lungs. My eyes went black and I felt as if there were stars flying around my head.
"You need to accept the rejection." Jameson demanded forcefully, pushing my shoulder roughly. I don't even know if he shoved me with his foot or hand, my eyes were struggling to rejust.
"I accept." I whispered, trying to get the words to come out of my mouth with confidence but struggling miserably. I needed to leave. I needed to get out of this pack. Now.
"
