I pulled away from Adriel and looked out of the window. Maji was walking away talking to herself again. She walked up to two other women, she set our stuff down, and started telling them the story of what happened. Her hands were flying in all directions as she told them what happened and they looked at her, their eyes were wide and their mouths opened. When the story was over they looked at our cabin and saw me staring at them. Maji told them something and they all gave me a dirty look and walked away.
"Adriel, who is Maji?" I asked. I was dreading the answer because I knew she cared for him. You could see the hurt in her eyes while he was angry at her.
"Maji is no one. She thought that when I became the Alpha I would choose her as my Luna." he said.
"Why would she think that?" I asked
