George's POV I stood frozen as the crowd burst out of the club like something monstrous had been unleashed inside. Bodies collided, heels snapped, voices screamed into the night. Some people cried. Some shouted. Some didn’t even look back....just ran, driven by blind terror. “What the hell…” I muttered. I had only stepped out to fill my fuel tank. Just minutes ago, everything had been normal. Music, laughter, lights. I left that behind without a second thought. Now I was back, staring at chaos, feeling like a lost sheep standing in the middle of a pack of wolves that didn’t even notice me. My chest tightened painfully. I pulled out my phone with trembling fingers and dialed Cierra’s number. Ring. Ring. The screen dimmed suddenly. “No… no,” I whispered, tapping it frantically.
