The uneventful flight from New York to Lexington took a few minutes over two hours, far longer than Brad would have liked it to be. At the Van Arsdale hangar and landing strip, the ground crew had located a small private airport about fifteen minutes from Lexington that granted permission to enter their airspace and use their runway, which was of sufficient length to accommodate date a jet.
