Chapter Fourteen
It’s been a few days since Marilyn had heard Frank’s revelation and ever since she has been trying to get through to the President and being given the run around so decides to talk to Bobby instead. After being put through Bobby answers the phone, “Hi Marilyn, I was a bit surprised to hear it was you on the line, what can I do for you?” Marilyn is sounding a bit distraught, “Jack won’t take my calls. I don’t understand what’s going on? I had nothing to do with Frank’s behaviour the other night.” “The President is very busy, however, I do know that he does think you two should cool it for a while.
