Chapter Nineteen
There is a knock on the door and Marilyn lets Frank in giving him a big hug. “Thanks for coming. I think maybe you were right Frank, the Kennedy's may try and get rid of me. Maybe you’re not so crazy after all.” Franks gives a smile of justification, “Why, what's happened?” “It's pretty much as you predicted, Jack said he could make any problem that comes his way disappear and sometimes permanently, referring indirectly to me.”
Marilyn starts to cry and shake so Frank gives her another big hug and an affectionate but not passionate kiss. He sits her down and then does his well-worn ritual of pouring the pair of them a strong drink each. He then puts his arm around her shoulder and says, “So Marilyn, what do you want to do about the situation?” She takes a sip of her drin
