When everything was going quite well, office politics played an important role. HR confused the management by showing better profile for job profile. She made a clear mind to make Janeka work under her team.

The HR person offered her the role from Finance to receptionist. She pleasantly denied that job and quit that job as well. Later on, she asked the Sales Director about the unfair treatment happened to her and that’s why quitted the job for that the Sales Director said that she didn’t inform him switching to Finance Department.

After sitting in the home, all the negative thoughts got stuck in her mind. Janeka became way too negative and critical about everyone.

She grows up into a low and negative phase in her life.

Traffic Signal

Honking sounds of vehicles, busy traffic road passing in three ways, traffic signal changes its colors for every 90 seconds. It is afternoon time, the sun brightens up, throwing brightness which make one to tan and sweat at the same time. In all the qualms about this, there is this wise man, age somewhere around 70-75 lying down on the pavement by hugging his dog.

Lots of vehicle passing by, it is green signal, there is the sudden stoppage of this car because of the red signal, this bump age comes of sudden weakage in the signal which turn to red without even pausing for yellow/orange one.

It is a gray color, IVTec Varna Car, Even in Chennai hot weather, there this Gentleman dressed up in a professional suit and sitting in his air conditioned car. He gave a quick glance to the signal it goes from 90,89,88,87,86 he sighs after a heavy breath.

Today, he is self-driving his car, has his driver taken a day off, while the signal counting its number and doing its job. He took a turn around, his head back and forth to have a whole look outside. He forgets to see sideways.

So, he saw sideways from his car window, it is our wise man with his dog in the triangle pavement. He looks at him for a few seconds and surprisingly the wise man woke up and saw the man in the car, as if they shared bro code and the traffic signal gave a green signal, the suit man drove away.

Managing Director at the office

Parked his car in his office, everyone in the office calls him Managing Director. He sat in his cabin chair, started signing all the necessary documents, and continues his work with a smiling face.

Triangle Pavement Man

With fire in the eyes and thoughts in the mind, she drives her red scooty streak as the traffic signal changes yellow/orange color she slowed down her accelerator and stopped during the red signal, she had a glance all over the place and sideways she notice the triangle pavement man. That wise man now with two dogs and he is kind to both the dogs and both the dogs are kind to him in return.

As the signal changes to green color, she drives away.

She sat in the office chair, deeply started thinking about something, she looks up high on the wall there it is a beautiful wooden clock, triangle pavement man in her thoughts.

The Managing Director

He sat in his office, financial advisor approached and announce the news that there is a loss in the business and it may soon enter into liquidation.

Triangle pavement man became rich overnight, because of the success of the article and kind heart of the donators. Triangle Man appears in the Television Channels and he conveyed his thanks to all by his warm smile.

Chapter 8

Manifestation of new job

Here I spoke everything about the Company the entire page about the Company. The Branch Manager says it is amazing. One of her colleagues asked I am a speaker. One of her colleagues said that I am bold and my English conversation is amazing. In this office started writing short film script Imbalance and Stereotyping. In office that is hygienic. It was a good learning experience for me. Over period of time that I starting know that the employees was treated like slaves, no proper beverages were offered. All of them working under high pressure.

When vibration went low, Janeka quit her job.

Home Shifting new place

I thought quite a lot of time before quitting this job, since home changed to new area, she could able to continue job as well the punching on sharp, even if it is minute late. Half day salary will be deducted.

Janeka herself involved in the household duty, cooking and cleaning vessels. Over period of month, she figured out that, she respects this job. But she can’t hold only this job.
