I can’t believe how much the Goddess has blessed me. I remember all the times I was hunched over on the floor of the sewage plant trying to force myself to breathe through my mouth to avoid the stench. It didn’t work very well. I also remember all those lonely nights in my high school years when I was exhausted from working and barely had time to do half my homework, knowing I’d be punished by my parents for falling behind.
I would look up at the moon and beg the Goddess to make my life better.
Now I have four beautiful children and four handsome and kind Alphas who all love me, not to mention my wonderful friends and all the caring people in Mark’s castle who are so nice to me. Had I known this was my future, I would have scrubbed those floors with a wide smile on my face.
