Werewolves and witches are not allies or are they currently enemies. But werewolves do not trust them because these creatures can be very tricky and they easily switch sides.
"Do not worry about Hazel, she can be very much trusted," he assured me but that didn't make me lower my guard down one bit.
"How sure are you, Toran?" I questioned further as I matched my gaze with the bulky figure in front of me. On a normal condition, I wasn't meant to speak or look at him that way. He was a beta and I on the other hand am just a lowly alpha breeder. But I was too desperate and anxious to care about all of this.I wouldn't want us doing the mistake of trusting the wrong person once more. Logan's life is at risk here which is very important to me.
