“I can’t believe we all have to dress up, I mean it's just your brother.” I tell Dyl over my shoulder while I get dressed in a tux in his closet.

“I mean it’s been awhile since we’ve seen Ty as well. Since his band is going so well, and getting the all gigs and stuff. So it’s more like a family reunion.” Dyl yells so I can hear from this stupid closet.

I can’t put on my tie and it's making me frustrated. I walk out the closet still looking down at my tie not noticing Dyl is still dressing.

“Dyl can you help me with my tie?”

I look up at him, and he only had his black slacks and shoes on. I looked at his bare chest that still had a few droplets of water on him from his shower. God he looked good. I could remember the first time I had started to feel some type of way towards my best friend and knew that I had feelings for him.

It was my sixteenth birthday, and he stayed over to give me my last birthday present after everyone left. He said that you save the best for last, and boy he wasn't kidding.

I thought it was going to be something wack, but when he pulled out his guitar I knew it wouldn't be. He sang one of his originals and it was about me, he made a song about me! Right then and there I knew I loved my bestfriend.

I snap out of it once I saw Dyl walking towards me with those magnificent abs of his.

“Erin, you could always not tie a tie, why is that?” He asks me with a smile on his face like he’s about to laugh at me, at any moment.

I mask my face from any lust I might feel towards him and shrug my shoulders. That's when I hear his big booming laugh that I love so much.

Dyl’s door opened and Dyl seem to get frustrated again.

“Don’t you guys ever knock?!” Dyl yells at his older brother Jason who looked really good in a tux and who has scruff on his face. Jason is one of Dyl’s brothers that always looked good in anything no matter what he was wearing. I need to stop lusting after his brother too! God the Holden brothers can turn any guy gay.

“Well I just came in to check and see if you guys are ready. I made reservations at 7, and its 6:30. We got to get a move on!” Jason yells at us sternly. Being the older brother out of five must be hard on him sometimes since he has to take the responsibility of them when their mom and dad died seventeen years ago. Dyl and Reme never met their parents.

“Sorry, Jason it’s my fault I don’t know how to tie my tie.”

“Yeah, Erin here sucks at it.” Dyl tells his brother and I just puff out.

“Aww don’t be upset about it.” Dyl tells me and the bright smile he had on made his emerald eyes pop.

“Whatever, just be in the car in one minute so we can go and reunite our family.”

“Yes, sir!” Me and Dyl yell at Jason’s back which made him walk quickly out the room.

We started to both laugh and I didn't even realize that Dyl was done with the tie and that we were still holding on to each other.

“You better put your shirt and vest on, unless you planning on going to the restaurant shirtless.”

“Haha, funny.” Dyl says sarcastically and moves back from me and go to his bed where the rest of his clothes are.

I instantly miss his warmth by me. God this is so stupid, I hate that I’m hiding this, I want to be with him so bad but I also don’t want to get hurt. He probably doesn't even feel the same.

“What’s wrong?”

“What do you mean?” I ask him playing with my tie now.

“You get that wrinkle in your forehead when something is bothering you, so what got you so worried?” He asks again.

“Nothing, I’m just excited to see your brother again.” I lied.

“Yeah, ok I’ll ask again when you feel like to tell me the truth.” He says and grab his keys by his door and and I walk behind him.

“I’ll tell you when I'm ready, ok?”

“Fine, take your time. You're my best friend Erin, you know you can tell me anything.” Dyl says and put his hands in his silk pockets.

“I know.” I tell him and smirk and he punches my shoulder.

I laugh and we finally get down his spiral stairs and see Emily looking beautiful as ever. Jason’s girlfriend is always looking beautiful but today it's just, wow.

“Come on boys Jason is waiting in the car. You guys know how he likes to be on time for every little thing.” Em says and smirks. She flips her beautiful ringlets of dark hair behind her shoulder and pop her hip. She’s so cute. Sometimes I don’t know why she’s with Dyl’s brother Jason. She’s so laid back while Jason is a tight ass. But a sexy ass. God I’m so gay.

“If we’re late because you were helping with Erin’s tie, I’m going to ground you for a whole month!” Jason yells out frustratingly to me while we all run into this fancy restaurant called Hell’s Kitchen. It looked like it belonged on one of those reality shows that celebrities go to.

“I made a reservation for the Holden family.” Jason tells the hosts and she leads us to our table.

Seven seats like it's supposed to be. I’m glad Jason feels like Erin is a part of our family, because I do too. Reme walks over to the table minutes later.

“You’re late!” Jason yell silently.

“It’s 6:59 and if that's the case Ty and Ry are also late.” Reme tells him heatedly. Lately, Reme has been fighting Jason on everything, I think he’s tired of Jason playing our parent and not just being our brother. But I don’t say anything because Jason has to figure this out himself.

“No, they aren’t I gave Ty and Ry different times to when to be here since they were the only ones in different time zones!” Jason yells now not caring if someone outside of our family can hear us.

“You know what! I don’t even know why I’m here right now?! I’m not a part of the Holden Family! Never have been!” Reme screams out.

“What the hell are you talking about?!” Jason yells and stands up I get up too and look at my twin confused as hell. He never told me he was feeling like this, and he tells me everything.

“You know what I’m talking about!” Reme screams back and walks up to Jason and get in his face and I step in between them. Erin and Emily got up too feeling the tension.

“Reme what the hell are you talking about?” I ask him calmly still holding my hand up between him and Jason.

“This is none of your business Dyl!”

“The hell it isn't, your my twin Reme! If you're not apart of this family then I’m not either!” I yell at him getting pissed off now.

“Hey, guys! I missed my brothers so...” I hear Ty yell and stop when he finally sees tension between Reme, me, and Jason.

“What the hell is going on?! I go away for a few days and my brothers are going to fight?!” We hear Ry say when he finally sees us when he walks in the restaurant.

“It seems like we can never leave them alone.” Ty say and laugh.

“This isn't funny! Tell them why I feel like I’m not apart of the family anymore!”Reme yells at Jason.

“I don’t know what the hell you're talking about?!” Jason screams back.

“Guys?!” Erin yells.

“Not now, Erin!” I yell back not even looking at him trying to diffuse this situation.

“Jason, he must have some reason why he’s feeling like this?!” Ty and Ry yell at Jason.

“Guys?!” Erin yells again.

“Not now, Erin!” All my brothers yell at him this time.

“I swear to you guys I have no idea what he’s talking about!” Jason screams and then we all hear thunder struck and it shook the whole damn restaurant. It came through the building and struck Erin.

“Erin?!” I yell and run towards Erin on the other side of the restaurant. The thunder threw him across the room.

“Oh my god! Erin?! No!! No!!” I yell when I’m next to his body. All my brothers and Emily run towards us.

“Is he breathing?!” Emily yells I look back at her to tell her no when I see her holding her chest and smoke was coming from her.

“Emily?!” Jason yells heartbroken. She started to choke and then lightening hit her too and sent her across the room just like Erin. People was screaming all over the restaurant, terrified of what's going on.

“What the hell is going on?!” I yell and I look up at the glass ceiling of the restaurant and see the moon a dark shade of blue burning bright. And I remember what Erin told me that it's the 12th millennium moon for Elementals. I was about to tell my brothers that but I started to choke from a burn in my throat and I saw all five of my brothers having the smoke coming from them as well and holding their chest too. I can feel the heat radiating off of me and then I was stuck by lightning and then I was succumbed to darkness.
