I was horrified. The last stall we stopped at, offered us roasted pig brains. Brains?! I shuddered at the thought of it and glanced at Trevor to see that he was also seemingly disturbed. We were out in the sun, my big straw sun hat on my head once again, adventuring and hitting the stalls for some of the weirdest foods you could ever think of.  There was maggot cheese, raw horse meat, coconut worms, fertilized duck eggs and so much more. So far we've only tried three things, grilled mango and fish, Octopus gumbo, and bacon-wrapped tomato dipped in coconut sauce (I really liked that one), the rest were a bit too exotic for us.
