Billie. I pushed the trolley through the connecting door at the far end of Molly’s room, and the bathroom opened before me like another world entirely. It was far bigger than the image in my mind had suggested. The ceiling soared high, dark marble walls veined with gold catching the recessed lighting in endless ripples. The bathtub dominated the center: a freestanding oval of pure white marble, so large it could have fit three people comfortably, polished to a glassy sheen. Gold fixtures gleamed of a faucet, showerhead, handheld wand all curved and elegant, like something pulled from a palace.
