The Prophecy

Chapter 11

Eric's POV

I see Jake starting to shake... I go over to him "Jake, it's ok... they didn't hurt them", why is he acting so strange. "Who does she think she is talking to Emily like that" I see a slight glimmer of gold in his eyes. "It's ok Jake, I handled it" Emily says. Oh no this can't happen now. She goes over to touch his arm, but as they make contact they both pass out. I catch Emily before she hits the ground but Jake falls flat on his face. Whoops.

I look over at two of my teammates who are also werewolves, they run over to Jake and lift him up, luckily no one has really noticed. "Jason, Dan, please help us get Jake out of view of everyone" they lift him up and start to carry him... "Wait where are we taking him?" They ask. Aubrey starts shouting "what happened, are they ok? Somebody call an ambulance!!" She shouts panicked. "Relax Aubrey, where is your car, we need to get them out of here, I'll try to explain what's going on" I say walking towards the parking area with Emily in my arms, Jason and Dan close behind us with Jake.

"Who is the girl? Is it happening, is Jake changing, he is so heavy, well he is going to be Alpha?" I hear them whisper. Aubrey opens the door and the boys push Jake into the front seat while I climb into the back with Emily still in my arms. "Am I going to the hospital?" Aubrey asks, "No, we need to go to Emily's house. Her parents will beable to help" I say catching Aubreys eyes looking at us in the rear view mirror. I tell Jason and Dan to tell our coach that Jake is not well, coach is also a werewolf so he will understand.

Aubrey puts foot and rushes to Emily's parents house.

I take out my phone to dial Jake's Father's number. The phone is answered on the second ring "Good evening Eric, to what do I owe the pleasure?" Alpha Jack says over the phone, "I think it's time Alpha" I say to him. "His birthday is only tomorrow Eric, can I speak to my son", "He has collapsed Alpha, we are on our way to Avril and Dale Adams house", "What? How do you know them?", "We are friends with their daughter Emily, she has also collapsed, it's her birthday tomorrow as well... this is all so weird, they collapsed when they made contact" I explain to the Alpha. "Honey we need to get to Jake, yes it's happening, it's time", he says to Luna Alice. "We are on our way" he says. "I'll send you our location when we get to Emily's", "Don't bother son, we know where we are going". He puts the phone down and I am so confused. What is going on?
