She wasn't speaking to me, even when she took a walk outside, she didn't invite me. I followed her gently outside and went inside with her too, but she wouldn't say a word. I didn't bother her and also gave her the space she wanted.
I knew she wanted to think, she had lots of things she had to wrap around her head. The revelation about Kane got me on the edge. I didn't know how to feel about it, but she needed to know there was no need to feel guilty on her side.
Her mate didn't accept her, and she sought affection elsewhere. She owed Kane no loyalty, what we did was consensual.
