Bash tried to stay in business mode.
Now wasn't the time for distractions, even if he felt like his heart was being ripped out. He'd always hoped one day that he would be enough for her to move on, but he'd been wrong. She'd only have room in her heart for vengeance.
"Got it." Freya confirmed and slipped the small cloaking device onto her vest.
"I guess this is it then, you're ready to go."
