Chapter 30 – Optimistic
Thia’s POV When I woke, I was a little dazed and confused. It took me a minute to figure out where I was, and then everything that happened yesterday hit me like a ton of concrete blocks. I looked at the time, it was nearly 10am and I had been asleep for almost 15 hours! I hadn’t even heard Hallie in the night, I hoped that she had been good for Jenny, she didn’t usually wake up too much in the night, but her routine had been so out the window with the hospital and then the move here, it was difficult to know how she was going to be. I threw on some skinny jeans and an oversized hoodie, scrapped my hair back and ran down the stairs, knowing full well everyone else would have already been up.
