Thia’s POV Christmas Eve morning and I was getting all my things together as I waited for Freddie to arrive at the ward to take me home. I was given the all clear, but I was still quite weak, so I had to promise to go for regular check-ups over the holidays, stick to my physio appointments, rest plenty, not over do it and return if I felt unwell at all. When I saw his face walk around the corner, my face lit up.
