London greeted Hazel with a blanket of heavy, grey clouds and freezing rain. Sitting in the backseat of the sleek black company car, Hazel watched the historic streets of the city blur past her window. She should have been thrilled because she was in one of the most beautiful cities in the world. But as the car pulled up to the luxurious Mayfair apartment penthouse Vance Enterprises had arranged for her, Hazel felt nothing but a suffocating weight on her chest. She wasn't here as a free woman. She was here on a leash. Entering the cold, ultra-modern apartment, Hazel dropped her bags in the hallway. On the kitchen counter, a welcome folder from the estate manager was waiting for her. She opened it. Next to the Wi- Fi passwords, a highlighted line caught her eye : For your expensive items
