Mike's POV
I stood outside at the parking lot's entrance waiting for Laura to come back, I wanted to go out to meet her but she said she is already at the entrance to the estate, I saw her car driving in and a smile blossomed on my face.
She parked her car and came out and hugged me which I hugged back, tight.
"How was work today?"
I asked her, helping her remove the strands of her that is trying to get into her eye.
"It was fine but I missed you"
"Same here angel, I missed you more"
"Were you waiting for me?"
"Yes, I was and I also wanted to get some fresh air in me"
"Mike it's cold and you and I know you get cold easily, let's go inside and give you a warm bath"
