"No mom. We didn't do anything but talk. Can we drop it please?" I asked with the blush still covering my cheeks. "Alright, if that's all that happened." My mom said skeptically. "Yes mother." I huffed. We drove the rest of the way in silence. Once we pulled up to the school, I quickly got out of the car and waved goodbye, making sure my mom didn't have any time to look for Josh. She drove away as I turned around and walked towards the school. I couldn't spot Josh standing around the outside of the school, so I hoped to see him inside.
