‘Surprised to see me?’ the voice says and I gulp shifting uncomfortably on the bed trying to look around for an exit .... ‘ I wouldn’t .... what’s looking for you out there is far more dangerous than I am ‘ he says and my eyes snap to him eyes widening when realization hits me that his probably the one that dragged me out of there....
But why would he want to help me.... he is Mark’s best friend so he is the last person I would expect to help me .... yes Jonah is sitting in front of me right now looking more annoyed than angry .... but I could see anger hidden in the depth of eyes
