“Anika!”
Anika suddenly heard an urgent and deep voice calling her name. She turned around and saw Leon hurriedly approaching her.
“Le-“ Before she could call out, she was suddenly wrapped in a tight and strong embrace.
Leon tightly gathered the woman in his arms as he shut his eyes in relief. Feeling her soft and warm body on his made his frantic heart finally at ease.
“You don’t ever leave out of my sight again..” He whispered lowly.
Anika heard his small whisper and couldn’t help but ask softly.
